“Right Now” er en følelsesladet sang om å gi kjærligheten en sjanse og ikke la stoltheten komme i veien. Sangen beskriver to personer som ikke kan sove på grunn av ensomhet og savn, og som har en fragmentert romantisk historie som fortsatt henger igjen. Chris Young synger om å ta det første skrittet for å gjenoppta forholdet og ikke la stoltheten ødelegge sjansen for lykkes.
