Chloe Styler är en australisk singer/songwriter och skådespelare som den 17 januari släppte sin nya singel ”Sweden”. En ovanlig titel för att komma från ’the land DownUnder’. Min mest nyfiknaste sida vaknade så jag skickade ett mail och jag fick svar.
“A few years ago I was on a family holiday celebrating New Years Eve. I was tasked with handing out party poppers to the other guests, and as I was handing them out to this particular family I noticed a very beautiful teenage boy amongst them. I asked if he would like one but he didn’t speak English very well. Upon asking where he was visiting from, he replied in his accent saying “Sweden!”. After a short conversation my protective father suddenly interrupted and unfortunately I never learnt the boys name. As I’m a sucker for ‘love-at-first-sight’, I quickly fell head over heels and ended up writing this song shortly after.”
“Writing songs from my own perspective can be really fun at times. I think it’s a fun twist on this love song, as I never really had the opportunity to ‘fall’ for this boy but at the same time I definitely thought he was pretty”,
Chloe hade några hektiska dagar nu under countryfestivalen i Tamworth NSW med 13 gig under en dryg vecka för att promota singeln. Videoklippet nedan är några år gammalt och är från festivalen i Tamworth 2018.
